The story of a man (Humphrey Bogart) who owns a nightclub in Casablanca, (a city in Morocco) who discovers his old flame (Ingrid Bergman) is in town with her husband .
It is WWII and her husband is being sought by the the Germans on his tail, Bergman knows Bogart can help them escape. But Bogart must decide whether to help them escape or try to keep his lost love.
