Navigating generational differences in the workplace is not a new phenomenon, yet there are unique challenges experienced in the workplace today. There are times when we feel like we just aren't even speaking the same language as our colleagues. Working together across the digital divide, many people in the professional world find themselves frustrated and misunderstood as they try to navigate these uncharted waters.
